Evocative of oriental spices: ginger and cinnamon with warm summer flowers. On the palate the wine is mouth-filling dry and rich. The smooth creamy texture leads to a savoury wine with plenty of fresh apricot and ripe plum fruit flavours ending with salinity and a fresh crispness on the finish.
