Shipping policy
Delivery of orders placed with Berry Bros. & Rudd Japan Branch
Purchases will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order (business days: Monday through Friday excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays), via Yamato Transport.
April-October: Cool delivery
November - March: Normal home delivery service
- Please note that we do not ship outside of Japan
- Deliveries may take longer than usual during the year-end, New Year's holidays and Golden Week.

Shipping charges: The following shipping charges (incl. tax) will apply to your order..
Shipping is complimentary for orders over 30,000 yen (incl. tax)
All deliveries between April~October will be sent via Cool (Refrigerated) Delivery.
Refrigerated delivery is free for orders exceeding 30,000 yen or more (incl. tax). The maximum quantity of bottles per order is up to 12 bottles.
Orders from the 13th bottle or more will be counted as a separate order.
For orders of 13 bottles or more, if the tax-included amount of each 12 bottles is less than ￥30,000, a separate charge of ￥330 (tax included) will be added to your order for cool delivery. Please note that the cool delivery fee of ￥330 (tax included) will be charged separately.
Due to cool delivery regulations, we may not be able to deliver on the requested delivery date.
*Delivery to a delivery box is not possible.
