Return/cancellation of goods

Due to the nature of the product, please do not return the product for your own reasons after it has been dispatched. In the event of damage or leakage of liquid due to an accident during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will exchange or refund the product at our expense. Changes to an order after it has been processed cannot be accepted by the system, so if you wish to make changes, you will need to cancel your order and place a new order. If you wish to cancel an order due to an input error or other reason, please contact us by e-mail or telephone by the morning of the next working day after the order is placed. Please note that we may not be able to accept cancellations or changes to the contents of your order (delivery address, payment method, quantity, etc.) after the order process has been completed. Please consider your order carefully before placing it.
