Product Control 

We strive to deliver safe products and provide quality service to our customers, but in the unlikely event that a wine has a corked odour or other quality problems, we will replace the product or refund your money. Many of our wines are sold to be consumed now, and we offer advice on when our wines should be enjoyed. Please note that if the wine has been stored for too long in suboptimal conditions, we may not be able to refund your money. Receiving Delivery
 

Please check the contents of your order as soon as possible after delivery. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or missing, please contact us as soon as possible. If you contact us within 7 days of delivery, we guarantee a refund or replacement of the item(s).

Sending Products back / Refunds 

Due to the nature of the product, please do not return the product for any reason after it has been shipped. In the event of damage or leakage of liquid due to an accident during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange or refund at our expense. If you wish to change your order, you will need to cancel your order and place a new order. If you wish to cancel your order due to a typing error or other reason, please contact us by e-mail or phone by the morning of the next business day after your order is placed. Please note that we may not be able to accept cancellations or changes to your order (delivery address, payment method, quantity, etc.) after the order process has been completed.
