2020 Alta Langa, Enrico Cerutti, Cassinasco, Piedmont

A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from Cassinasco made by Gianmario Cerutti, oenologist at Coppo (whose cellars he uses to make this wine). 31 months on lees, RS 4 g/l, pH 3.1.
Fresh lemon-and-lime aroma and flavour. Almost no autolytic (toasty) character, just slightly creamy with a fine mousse. Very crisp, lively and tastes nicely dry.
