"Les Blanches Voies" is a very rare Lieu-Dit Blanc de Blancs, not only in Verzy, but in the Montagne de Reims as a whole.
Fermented in small wooden casks and then degorged after more than 8 years of secondary fermentation in the bottle. Bursting with flavours on the palate, it holds an elegance different from that of Pinot Noir. Production is limited to 500 bottles - making this a very exclusive run.
