Les Champs Saint-Martin is the only one of the five Penet-Chardonnet Lieu-Dit Champagnes made from vineyards in the village of Verzunay. It is barrel-fermented and aged in small wooden casks, and degorged after more than nine years of secondary bottle fermentation.
