テールブリュンヌ

Georges Duril, the founder of the winery, trained as a sommelier at a school in Paris. However, he became captivated by the charm of Provence and this great terroir, leading him to purchase the vineyard in 1963, which would later become Domaine de Terrebrune. The vineyard is located in Ollioules, nestled between the Mediterranean Sea to the east and a mountain known as Gros Cerveau (meaning "big brain"), in a peaceful landscape where ancient pines, oaks, cypress trees, and olive trees grow naturally. Since the establishment of the AOC Bandol in 1941, this land has been dedicated to reviving the noble Mourvèdre grape variety. Georges spent the first ten years working to improve the vineyard, building terraces, allowing the land to rest, and replanting. The underground cellar, designed to use gravity and protect the wine from external elements, was completed in 1975, 12 years later. In 1980, the first wine of Domaine de Terrebrune was released. It was also the same year that his son, Reynaldo, who had graduated from a winemaking school, joined the estate.
