"Leap and development" = L'ESSOR

"L'ESSOR" means "leap and development" in French.
The name was chosen with the hope that our customers, their loved ones, and we at L'ESSOR will all make great strides and grow together.
At L'ESSOR, we are always thinking about how to provide our customers with authentic French cuisine without compromising its essence.
"To maintain the same taste, we need to keep changing."
This is exactly "Tradition and Creation", which we continue to uphold as our eternal theme.
We will be delivering a special evening with the support of Gusbourne, who respects tradition but is also not afraid to question convention and common sense.
Gusbourne: A leader in the UK wine scene

The Gusbourne vineyard in Appledore, Kent, southeast England, can trace its origins back to 1410, but Gusbourne was only established in 2004.
He took over with a clear vision: to create the finest English sparkling wine that can stand shoulder to shoulder with the world's best wines.
The first vines were planted in 2004, and the first vintages, "Brut Reserve 2006" and "Blanc de Blancs 2006", were released in 2010 to critical acclaim, earning the winery a reputation for outstanding quality. The flagship Blanc de Blancs was served at the opening party of the 2012 London Olympics and during the state visit to Buckingham Palace.
While we respect tradition, we also do not hesitate to question conventions and common sense.
This same attitude applies even to small details that may seem to have little impact on the final wine.
It's the details that make the difference between good and outstanding.
