This rosé is made from blended red, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Verzy and Verzenay. The initial touch to the pallette is soft and round with distinct red fruits, with aromas of spice and nuts spread through the nose. From the mid-palate to the aftertaste, there is a tight taste and three-dimensionality due to the acidity, leading to a long finish with mineral flavors. Based on the 2014 vintage.
