This Grenache Blanc opens with aromas of caramelized sugar, lemongrass, and freshly cut grass. On the palate, vivid citrus flavors are complemented by juicy acidity and a layered mineral complexity. The finish is long, savory, and deeply satisfying. Its freshness will continue to shine over the next five to six years.
To preserve its clarity and prevent tartrate crystallization, we recommend storing and serving the wine at 13–16°C.
