2022 プレンタ・エステート、ピノ・ノワール、メンドーサ、プレンタ・エステート

The grapes come from Viñedos Don Antonio vineyard, planted on deep sandy soils. The grapes were harvested by hand.

After rigorous sorting, the grapes were destemmed and fermented in small temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation took place in concrete and the wine was then aged for nine months in French oak barrels.
