As ever, this is a super example, made from fruit sourced from the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, a vineyard in Mercurey and some of the low-lying parcels in Pommard and Volnay. Juicy, chalky and pretty, this marries the freshness of the Hautes-Côtes with the structure of the Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise. This is crisp, crunchy and energetic.
