"Leap and development" = L'ESSOR
" L' ESSOR " means "leap and development" in French.
The name was chosen with the hope that our customers, their loved ones, and we at L' ESSOR will all make great strides and grow together.
At L' ESSOR , we are always thinking about how to provide our customers with authentic French cuisine without compromising its essence. "To maintain the same taste, we need to keep changing."
This is exactly "Tradition and Creation", which we continue to uphold as our eternal theme.
Domaine Rolly-Gassmann is a family-run business whose history dates back to 1661.

Located in the village of Rorschwihr in Alsace, Domaine Rolly-Gassmann is a family-run domain whose history dates back to 1661 . A leading French producer that has been selected to exhibit at the French Pavilion at the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo.
This time, it has been decided that the long-awaited first visit to Japan will be made. On the day, Launianne Gassmann, wife of the current owner Pierre Gassmann, will be visiting the store and telling everyone about the charms of the winery.
Much of their wine is sold to Michelin-starred restaurants and wine connoisseurs across France, with only 20 % of their annual production being exported.
If the classification were to be reviewed, their wines would certainly be comparable to Premier Cru, and they continue to be produced in the wonderful and diverse soils where there are said to be excellent crus and lieu-dits.
We look forward to seeing you there.
