English Sparkling Wine "Hambledon" x Ginza CINQ Maker's Dinner

We will be holding a maker's dinner for English sparkling wine "Hambledon" at Ginza CINQ, which has a British atmosphere.

Hambledon's Managing Director, James Osborne, will be on hand to welcome guests to enjoy a course meal accompanied by four types of English sparkling wine. For dessert, a selection of teas from CINQ will also be served.

An interpreter will also be provided, so you can listen to easy-to-understand explanations in Japanese. We hope you will enjoy an evening immersed in the world of British wine.

Ginza CINQ: A British atmosphere

Ginza CINQ, which exudes a British atmosphere, is located on the first basement floor of the historic Ginza Taitsurukan building, and is a classic British brick space reminiscent of a wine cellar.

This restaurant and bar offers a wide variety of flavors to enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere, from afternoon tea featuring teas, mainly from British brands, carefully selected by our expert staff, to dinner featuring seasonal ingredients and wines from around the world.

Seasonal menus with British ties, such as Pancake Day and Easter, will also be available, making you feel like you've taken a trip to London.

This time, we will be holding a special one-night-only Maker's Dinner at Sunkus, where you can enjoy the English sparkling wine "Hambledon."

English Sparkling "Hambledon"

Hambledon is a sparkling wine specialist in Hampshire, England, founded in 1952 and known as the "oldest commercial winery in the UK."

The chalk soil on the hills is very similar to that in the Champagne region, and authentic sparkling wines are produced using Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier.

Due to the high quality of their wines, they have received acclaim worldwide and are one of the leading producers of English sparkling wines.
