Hewitson was founded by Dean Hewitson in 1998 and he is one of the region’s greatest advocates – particularly for its expressive soils and the moreish wines they produce. The Barossa Valley is one of Australia’s best known wine regions, sitting north-east of Adelaide. It is home to Australia’s largest concentration of 100-year-old vine Shiraz and has become renowned for its bold red wines with succulent and juicy fruit flavours.
