2020 Etna Rosso, SRC

SRC's Etna Rosso is made from old-vine fruit on Etna's north side, vinified in cement which retains its freshness of tangy cherry fruit. Ripe and textural, it has a lovely saline freshness combined with earthy depth, and a long finish.
