マーテーのブルネッロは、ガレストロ土壌と石灰質土壌に植わる、樹齢の高いブドウ樹4.5ヘクタールから生まれます。発酵はステンレスタンクと40ヘクトリットルのフレンチオーク樽の双方で行われ、その後トノーで36か月間熟成されます。マーテーの2020年は、甘やかで優美な佇まいを持ち、芳香に持ち上げられたようなアロマと、芸術的とも言える表現力が印象的です。すべてにおいて端正で精緻でありながら、豊かな魂を感じさせる仕上がりとなっています。味わいには、カシスやジューシーなザクロの風味が広がり、際立ったエネルギーに満ちています。

Vibrant black cherry combines with autumnal spices, mentholated herbs and hints of camphor as the 2020 Brunello di Montalcino comes to life in the glass. This is juicy and round with lifted wild berry fruits and hints of violet pastille, all guided by fresh acidity. Its minerality comes through in the finish, mingling with fine tannins and nuances of licorice as the 2020 tapers off with admirable length and a sweet herbal thrust. Drink 2026 - 2034.
