深みのあるクリムゾンの色調です。香りにはわずかにファームヤードのニュアンスが感じられます。テクノロジー志向の方にはおすすめいたしませんが、伝統を重んじる方にとっては、しっかりとした熟成感を備えたボルドーです。若い頃のデュ・テルトルに比べると、よりドライな印象を与えます。さらに、レザーやほのかな塩味のニュアンスも感じられます。タンニンは果実味よりも長く残ると推測されます。

Margaux was not one of the more favored appellations, although some top 2003s were made there. Du Tertres fully mature 2003 displays chocolaty, herbal, fig and black currant notes, excellent density, elegance and freshness. However, it needs to be drunk up over the next several years.
